Members of the Sun City Anthem Community Association may complete the
Membership Request form. When completed, bring it to the Computer Lab during
"open" lab time. A Monitor will review your form and receive your
check.
Without it's volunteers, your club would cease to provide the myriad services
to which we have become accustomed.
There are many items purchased by individuals at the direction of the
Board of Directors. To facilitate the payment the individuals are
requested to complete this form along with receipts or other
documentation for the Club's records.

The club would also appreciate your completing an Areas
of Interest form. The form helps us determine your needs regarding
educational offerings. If you have talents that you wish to make available to
the club and its members, the form also provides for you to let us know.

Do you wish not to receive some e-mail message types? John Schwartz has now
implemented changes to your club’s e-mail program which will allow individual
members to opt out of some or all of the messages that we send. We've classified
the type of e-mail messages into three categories. They are;
1. Monthly Newsletter
This e-mail can be quite large for a dial-up connection.
2. Weekly Activities
This message is sent each weekend to advise the members of the activities that
are available in the club during the next week.
3. Other
These are special messages sent out on an ad hoc basis and would contain
information on virus alerts or other important information.
If you do nothing
The default setting is that members receive all three types of messages. You may
opt out of any or all of the messages by filling out the form:
